Threshold

I believe everything has a threshold. We swing too far to one end and the only way is back again.
But then we learn how to be flexible and keep the rhythm going otherwise we get stuck trying to stay in one extreme.
Or get stuck in a fixed point of view.
Not even only regarding points of view, but everything inclusive of life itself:
A cloud holding so much moisture until it must start raining.
The sun at its hottest in the noontime, then starts setting; getting cooler…
A monk meditating for days until he/she must get up to eat food.
A person walking for 2 hours until he needs to stop and rest.
All within the laws of thresholds.
It’s safe to say through the extremes, balance becomes desired.
